本发明专利技术提供了一种数据传输方法、终端及RAN设备,用以解决现有技术中在DRX机制下数据传输的时延问题。该方法为:RAN设备在DRX激活期内向终端发送第一授权信息,用于对第一数据进行初传授权;并在所述终端期待接收所述第一数据的重传授权的重传激活时间,向所述终端发送第二授权信息,用于对第二数据进行初传授权;所述RAN设备和所述终端在发送第二授权信息之后的激活延长时间内维持激活状态。其中,初传授权可以为上行初传授权或下行初传授权,这样,RAN设备可以利用上行重传激活时间或下行重传激活时间来进行初传以延长激活时间,不仅保证了DRX技术的使用,又减少了时延的影响。
