风机外壳制造技术

本发明专利技术涉及一种风机外壳(10)，包括：供气流进入的进气蜗壳(11)，进气蜗壳(11)的中心设有中空轮部(14)；以及扩散管(12)，扩散管(12)与进气蜗壳(11)连接并供气流流出。本发明专利技术的特征在于：在风机外壳(10)中至少进气蜗壳(11)的宽度是连续变化的。采用本发明专利技术的风机外壳的空调器室内机与采用传统的风机外壳的空调器室内机相比能够有效降低风机转速并降低噪音水平。
