一种用磷石膏处理麦饭石为填充料生产四棱豆专用复混肥的配方,针对我国大多数生产复混肥企业都用白坩土作填充料,现改用磷石膏处理麦饭石为填充料,由于磷石膏酸性极强,处理硅酸盐麦饭石,可使麦饭石中多种有益微量元素转化成能溶于水易被作物吸收的硫酸盐,不仅提高了肥效,还比用白坩土作填充料每吨节支100多元。根据测土化验数据,按照平衡施肥“木桶定律”的原理,先按1:1的比例,把磷石膏与麦饭石进行掺混,在常温下堆闷3~5天,然后再按设计养分,用其填充料1.2~1.4份,配伍粉碎后尿素3.4~3.6份,磷酸一铵0.9~1.1份,过磷酸钙1.9~2.1份,氯化钾2.1~2.3份,掺混造粒。烘干包装,投放市场,用于生产,该复混肥氮、磷、钾总养分为37%,三者比为17:7:13。由于该配方是在测土化验的基础上科学配比而成,具有很强的针对性,经多年多点试验证明,每亩施一袋该复混肥,可比单施3~5袋尿素的产量高。
