烟草包衣种子筛制造技术

烟草包衣种子筛，由筛选装置和动力装置两部分组成，筛选装置的进料仓固定安装在机架上，进料仓的底端开有下料口，下料口下方设计有筛选箱，筛选箱两端固定安装在连杆上，连杆的另一端固定安装在机架上，筛选箱底部安装有筛网，筛网上开有筛孔，筛网下方安装有下料箱，下料箱底部设计有下料管，下料管套装在出料管内；动力装置的转动电机安装在下料箱下方的机架上，转动电机转轴上的偏心轮上连接有传动杆，传动杆的另一端连接推杆下端，推杆另一端固定安装在筛选箱下。采用本技术，用电机推动筛箱左右摆动，筛箱内符合要求的种子下落，大粒种子留在筛网上部。电机采用调速电机，筛箱左右摆动筛种，振动摆幅小，小粒的种子不会从筛箱上口飞出。

中，用网筛筛选种子的应用较为普遍，其中与本专利技术最为接近的现有技术是中国专利技术专利公布的一种水稻种子除杂筛选机，申请号：201310226947.X；和一种大粒种子筛选机，申请号：201410634689.3。其工作原理是，在网筛震动和种子自身的重力条件下，不同大小颗粒的种子通过均匀布孔的单层或多层网筛筛孔，大于筛孔的颗粒留在筛面上，小于筛孔的颗粒透过筛孔，从而不同大小级别的种子被分开。这两种筛选机都能筛除杂质，筛分不同大小的种子，但是由于烟草包衣种子为圆形、粒径较小，这两种筛选机结构庞大、复杂，振动幅度较大，都不适合筛选烟草包衣种子。
