本发明专利技术提出了一种终端，包括：呼叫建立单元，在使用第一通信网络进行数据业务时，若接收到呼叫请求，则在第一通信网络上进行语音呼叫建立流程；交互单元，接收建立呼叫请求对应的语音业务所需的第二通信网络的电路资源信息；处理单元，在语音呼叫建立流程完成后，若检测到终端的接听按钮被选择，则发送接听响应至移动管理实体，并根据接收到语音回落信息断开第一通信网络的数据业务，使用接收到的电路资源信息建立第二通信网络的语音业务。相应地，还提出了一种移动管理实体、移动交换中心、业务处理方法和业务处理系统。通过该技术方案，可以根据用户是否接听电话决定是否进行电路域回落，从而在用户不接听电话时，不会对数据业务造成影响。
