导尿管,是以天然橡胶、硅橡胶或聚氯乙烯(PVC)制成的管路,可以经由尿道插入膀胱以便引流尿液出来,导尿管插入膀胱后,靠近导尿管头端有一个气囊固定导尿管留在膀胱内,而不易脱出,且引流管连接尿袋收集尿液。尿液检查,包括尿常规分析、尿液中有形成分检测(如尿红细胞、白细胞等)、蛋白成分定量测定、尿酶测定等。尿液检查对临床诊断、判断疗效和预后有着十分重要的价值。现有的导尿管没有设置专门用于取尿样标本的结构,对于病情危重的患者,现有取尿样的方法为:1、尿管与尿袋分离,从尿袋中抽取尿样;2、用空针直接在尿管处扎眼,从尿袋中抽取尿样。将尿管与尿袋分离抽取尿样,空气中的病菌会进入尿中,造成尿标本的污染几率提高;而空针穿刺尿管又会造成尿管损坏的问题。
