It includes: analog signal generating circuit, which is used to process the original electric signal to get the first analog electric signal and the second analog electric signal; clock circuit, which is used to generate the first clock signal and the second first clock signal; phase offset processing of the second first clock signal to get the second clock signal, and output the first clock signal and the second clock signal; A method, coupled with analog signal generating circuit and clock circuit, is used to output the first analog electric signal and the first first clock signal processing to the first modulation electric signal, the second analog electric signal and the second clock signal processing to the second modulation electric signal, and the single sideband modulation circuit, coupled with the adder, is used to pass through the first modulation electric signal and the second modulation. The electric signal modulates the CW light source in single sideband to get the optical signal.
