小直径管道安装及便于拆卸的水龙头、阀门安装常采用螺纹连接。现实中时有出现管道、阀门等内丝里连接的外丝因某种原因断在里面了,需要把断头外丝取出,采用锯、錾等方法费事费力。而现有的管道断头取出器是锥形的,外壁采用逆螺纹,逆时针旋拧使锥体取出器与外丝膨胀结合紧密,继续逆时针旋转,取出器带动断头外丝逆时针旋转而被取出来。但是随着锥状取出器持续旋拧过程中,会过度挤压断头外丝,使断头外丝也发生膨胀变形,使外丝断头与管道内丝结合更加紧密导致无法取出。并且即使取出了断头外丝,因断头外丝与取出器结合较为紧密,使断头外丝与取出器分离也较为费时费力。
