本发明专利技术涉及一种以碱性离子液体为催化剂制备单脂肪酸甘油脂的方法,具体的制备方法如下:1)将油脂和甘油以摩尔比1∶3~8的比例加入到反应釜中;2)加入占油脂重量2~12%的碱性离子液体作为催化剂;3)充入氮气保护;4)在120~200℃的条件下搅拌0.5~3小时;5)冷却后,加入萃取剂,静止分层;6)取经过步骤5)后的上层相,减压蒸馏脱除萃取剂,即得到单脂肪酸甘油酯;7)取经过步骤5)后的下层相,用洗涤剂洗涤,去除下层相中多余的单脂肪酸甘油酯,洗涤剂后催化剂和甘油可循环使用。本发明专利技术与传统无机强碱催化的方法相比,具有以下优势:(1)催化效率更高;(2)产物的分离及后处理工艺非常简单;(3)碱性离子液体和甘油经简单处理后即可用于下次反应。
