随着油田的高速开发,以气举采油为主要举升方式的油田因地层能量不能及时得到补充,维持地层压力水平较低。为保持油田稳产和减缓产量下降速度,需采取压裂或酸压施工提高油井单井产能。为了降低压裂液破胶和酸化反应后的残液对油层的伤害,在压裂完成后,要快速排出这些流体,然而,低压油藏仅靠自然放喷或替置原油已经达不到快速返排目的。若通过连续油管和氮气气举排液,虽然能实现压裂液迅速返排,但排液完成后,油井通常不能恢复自喷,需要起出压裂管柱,重新作业压井,下入气举管柱完井生产,会造成地层二次伤害和增加作业成本。传统压裂管柱的压裂施工工序复杂,排液成本高,作业时间长。常规的气举管柱仅用于完井生产,没有考虑洗井、不压井作业和油层保护。当管柱结蜡或其它原因需要热洗时,洗井液会大量进入地层;当管柱检修时,压井液同样会大量漏入地层,一方面会影响压井措施或热洗质量,另一方面作业后油井产能恢复慢排液周期较长,更严重的是入井液对油藏造成污染。
