The invention discloses a robust non feedback Wyner-Ziv video decoder, which mainly solves the defects of inaccurate image reconstruction in the existing feedback free distributed video decoder. The decoder is composed of side information generation unit, correlation noise calculation unit, LDPC decoding unit, reconstruction unit and inverse DCT conversion unit. The decoder decodes the steps are: first, before and after using the decoded key frame side information generation, the relevant parameters and calculate the relevant noise; secondly, the decoding of the bit information received by LDPC decoding unit; finally, the coefficient quantization decoding value after reconstruction and inverse DCT transform restoration of video sequences. The invention has the advantages of distinguishing the DCT coefficients of different importance, effectively correcting and reconstructing decoded failed images, and improving the quality of decoded Wyner-Ziv frame video, and can be used in a distributed codec system without feedback.
