The invention discloses a medicinal composition by andrographolide and its derivatives and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, berberine and its derivatives and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, and acceptable excipient composition. The composition of the invention is better than andrographolide or berberine alone, and has good antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor and hypoglycemic effects.
