一种防治宫腔粘连的药物带膜支架制造技术

一种防治宫腔粘连的药物带膜支架，该支架由镍钛合金丝编织成宫形网篮，网篮包被一层生物相容膜，同时膜外喷涂有缓释载药层，药物为雌激素加孕酮。包被药物膜的宫形网篮通过一个导管输送器置入宫腔内释放，带膜网篮预先收缩在导管输送器的导管内，导管近端有推送杆，在导管输送器送入宫腔后，推送杆不动，回撤外套管，逐步释放带膜网篮，网篮自动扩张与宫腔紧密贴合，从而隔绝宫腔内膜的直接接触，达到防治宫腔粘连的目的，具有广阔的应用前景。
