In animal experiments, the area of cerebral infarction in rats was reduced by more than 40% after the injection of amphotericin. The mechanism of the invention is: low dose tunicamycin induced endoplasmic reticulum stress, suitable for activation of autophagy, thus inducing pharmacological preconditioning, significantly reduce cerebral ischemia neuronal damage, and low toxicity.
