The invention discloses a direct sequence / frequency hopping DS/FH spread spectrum signal parameter estimation method based on cyclic spectrum theory and splicing technology, mainly solving the problem that the existing DS/FH spread spectrum signal parameter estimation performance is low. The steps are: firstly, using the theory of cyclic spectrum of DS/FH spread spectrum signal, carrier frequency and code rate of pre estimation; and then use the pre estimated carrier frequency and code rate of DS/FH spread spectrum signal segmentation; segmentation of signals extracted by splicing; and finally using the cyclic spectrum theory of signal splicing after the final estimation of the carrier frequency and symbol rate. The invention has the advantages of strong anti-interference ability, high accuracy of parameter estimation, and can effectively reduce the estimation error, and can be used for processing communication signals.
