In the invention, the timing signal is generated according to the alternating current zero crossing at the sending end, determine the position of the IFFT window, IFFT transform to transmit signal; receiving terminal according to the timing of a synchronization signal is generated when the alternating current zero crossing, determine the position of the FFT window, the FFT transform of received signal. Because AC periodic zero belongs to the characteristics of AC power grid itself so will power alternating current zero crossing as synchronous signal receiver, synchronization, FFT window position in OFDM system is simple, and without extra bandwidth.
