旋转式压缩机制造技术

一种旋转式压缩机，包括设置在壳体内的压缩组件和电机组件，电机组件包括铁芯、绕组和电机引出线，壳体上设置有排气管和接线端子，接线端子与电机引出线相接，电机引出线包括二条以上的导线，电机引出线上设置有过滤网，该过滤网位于排气管的进口的下方。导线分散且独立设置，每条导线上分别设置有一个过滤网；或者，导线呈网状设置，过滤网覆盖所有的导线。本实用新型专利技术在位于排气管的进口下方的电机引出线上设置有过滤网，夹带有润滑油的制冷剂气体在经过过滤网时，可以将颗粒状的润滑油分离出来，从而降低了旋转式压缩机工作时的吐油量，提高工作效率，其具有简单合理、操作灵活、吐油量少和适用范围广的特点。（*该技术在2021年保护过期，可自由使用*）
