The invention discloses a multi channel parallel reconfigurable instrument based on LXI, which comprises a substrate, instrument board, FPGA logic circuit, test program set and Web server; the substrate and the functions of the instrument board as the main components of the invention, the two jointly installed in the instrument box. The former mainly realizes the software function and hardware logic circuit of the system, and the latter mainly realizes the mutual conversion between analog signal and digital signal. The method is based on the LXI standard design, to two times the development of instrument; with multi channel parallel testing ability, each channel can flexibly change the function of the instrument; the use of instruments do not need to install software, as long as the browser can operate the instrument and instrument configuration.
