本发明专利技术提供一种基站装置、发送方法和通信系统。基站使用两个以上的频带的任意一个与移动台进行OFDM方式的通信。基站具有用包含第1频带(20MHz)的光栅上的中心频率(fA)且为第2频带(端部的5MHz)的频带宽度以上的频带发送同步信道以及控制信道的部件。控制信道包含用于确定所述第2频带的中心频率(f’A)的中心频率信息。移动台在包含光栅上的中心频率的频带中获得了中心频率信息之后，转移到所希望的频带，所以能够连接到期望的频带而不用搜索不在光栅上的频率。
