The invention provides a base station device, a transmitting method and a communication system. A base station uses any of the two or more frequency bands to communicate with the mobile station in OFDM mode. The base station has a transmission channel, a synchronization channel, and a control channel component with a central frequency (fA) on the grating including the first frequency band (20MHz), and a frequency band above the band width of the second frequency band (5MHz at the end). The control channel contains central frequency information for determining the central frequency (f 'A) of the second frequency band. The center frequency information is obtained in the frequency band including the central frequency of the grating and then transferred to the desired frequency band so that the desired frequency band can be connected without searching the frequency not on the grating.
