深部软岩巷道双壳耦合支护方法技术

一种深部软岩巷道双壳耦合支护方法,采用预应力短锚杆全长锚固加固巷道围岩,使巷道浅部围岩形成具有不小于1m厚度的岩壳,利用预留变形层的足够空间充分转化深部高应力能和膨胀变形能;最大限度发挥塑性区承载能力。在巷道变形过程中,对首先发生不连续变形或破坏的区域安装预应力锚索支护,通过巷道表面位移的监测分析,判定锚索支护的最佳时间。通过锚索支护作用使应力集中区向围岩深部转移,减小围岩应力集中对岩壳的破坏,最后架上三维网壳支架,喷射混凝土,使网壳与岩壳在强度、结构、刚度上完全耦合,实现一次成巷全封闭双壳耦合支护。实现了深部软岩巷道工程稳定性的有效控制,其方法简单、易行,安全经济,支护效果好。
