The invention relates to an advanced treatment method for drilling waste liquid and a process thereof. The present invention relates to a deep treatment method and process for drilling waste liquid, and the concrete method comprises chemical strengthening solid-liquid separation, mechanical dehydration, advanced oxidation technology treatment and the like. First of all, added to the waste drilling fluid 2 ~ 16g/L polyaluminium chloride, rapid stirring and adding 50 ~ 200mg/L of cationic polyacrylamide, stirring speed of 10 ~ 15min, the drilling waste destabilization and coalescence, by centrifugal dewatering method. Then, the separation of solid waste drilling fluid after the advanced oxidation treatment of drilling wastewater, adjusting the pH value is 4, hydrogen peroxide, ammonium sulfate as composite oxidant, ferrous sulfate as the catalyst, in daylight or sunlight simulation conditions, the reaction of 120 ~ 150min, with lime milk adjusting drilling waste pH value from 8 to 9 after clarification, discharge or other treatment. The method greatly reduces the suspended solids, chromaticity and CODCr indexes of drilling waste liquor and has a better application prospect.

钻井废液主要是指石油钻井过程中排放的废弃钻井液和由各作业设备的清洗液、 井液、污水(雨水冲洗井场携带部分泥浆及油类物质而形成的)等组成的废液,其中废弃钻 井液是主要部分。其中主要污染特征有C0D&高,高色度,悬浮固体含量高且易在水中分散 等特点。废弃钻井液中添加了各种化学处理剂和表面活性剂,它的成分比较复杂,一般都 含有重金属、油类、膨润土、碱和化合物(包括有机物)等对人、畜和环境有害的物质,如铁 铬盐、磺化浙青、磺化栲胶、磺化褐煤等,能极大程度地造成钻井现场周围环境污染,不能直 接排放。目前处理钻井废液(含钻屑等固体废物)方法主要有直接排放、回注、填埋、堆 肥、土地耕作、稳定化/固化、热脱附和焚烧等方法。直接排放只适用于无毒的钻井废液,含 油或非水基钻井废液及钻屑绝对禁止直接排放。回注法只能消除对地面环境或海底水体的 影响,油类、盐分及重金属等污染组分没有得到处理,如果发生溢漏将产生二次污染。填埋 法也只是消除了钻井现场的污染,污染物没有经过处理,浙出液对地下水的危害较大,且有 填埋场地等其他因素限制 ...
