新樽型转环制造技术

一种钓鱼用的新樽型转环。转环筒体两端的拉环的头子不是用传统冲制工艺加工的，而是用一个直径尺寸与转环筒体内径为间隙配合、端面的形状尺寸与转环筒体内端面完全相配的圆环或球面圆环组合成的。这样加工成的拉环的头子，消除了传统冲制工艺制成的头子不圆、偏心、头子小、有毛刺等缺陷，使新樽型转环旋转更灵活、强度大大提高。（*该技术在2016年保护过期，可自由使用*）
