The invention belongs to the field of drug synthesis, relates to a Danshensu derivative of a lower structure and a synthetic method thereof, and its application in pharmacy. The invention adopts the chiral synthesis method to synthesize the Danshensu derivatives with stable structure in high yield, in particular to a derivative with high optical purity. The myocardial hypoxia animal model experiment results show that the invention of Danshensu derivatives can reduce the leakage rate of LDH in myocardial cells after hypoxia, increased intracellular superoxide dismutase activity, inhibition of lipid peroxidation products, promote the expression of anti apoptosis gene expression of bcl 2 mRNA and inhibit mRNA and apoptosis expression of Bax gene Caspase3mRNA results confirmed that the invention of Danshensu derivatives has protective effect on myocardial ischemia, which can be used for preparing drugs for the treatment of ischemic heart disease.
