一种组织工程心脏瓣膜支架及其制备方法技术

本发明专利技术涉及一种组织工程心脏瓣膜支架,由静电纺瓣叶支架与瓣膜环构成,瓣膜环于内部支撑静电纺瓣叶支架复合制得组织工程心脏瓣膜支架;其制备包括:分别制备接受模具及瓣膜环;然后将胶原蛋白纺丝溶液和性聚氨酯纺丝溶液混合均匀得到静电纺混合液进行静电纺丝,再通过静电纺纳米旋转堆积的方法成型于模具表面,然后脱模制得到具有静电纺纳米支架;最后将静电纺纳米支架与瓣膜环复合成型,即得组织工程心脏瓣膜支架。本发明专利技术的心脏瓣膜支架采用复合纳米静电纺材料,具有良好的生物相容性和机械性能,且具有较高的孔隙率;该制备方法简单,原料来源方便,成本低,对环境友好,具有良好的经济效益。
