东亚钳蝎(Buthus martensi Karsch)毒素Martentoxin的应用制造技术

本发明专利技术公开了一种东亚钳蝎（Ｂｕｔｈｕｓ　ｍａｒｔｅｎｓｉ　Ｋａｒｓｃｈ）毒素Ｍａｒｔｅｎｔｏｘｉｎ的应用，其可用作ＢＫ通道亚型（α＋β４）的特异性抑制剂，可以增强现有肽类ＢＫ通道配体，如ＩｂＴＸ和ＣｈＴＸ，对ＢＫ通道亚型（α＋β４）的抑制作用，以弥补其它作用于ＢＫ通道的神经毒素如ＩｂＴＸ和Ｃｈｔｘ的功效。因而Ｍａｒｔｅｎｔｏｘｉｎ也可以作为神经系统ＢＫ通道研究的一个极富价值的新型工具药。
