一种具有抗氧化功能的基因及其应用制造技术

本发明专利技术公开了一种具有抗氧化功能的基因，该基因是从盐藻中分离出来的过氧化物还原蛋白五基因ＤｖＰｒｘＶ的ｃＤＮＡ序列及所编码蛋白质的氨基酸序列，并涉及该基因的功能和用途。本发明专利技术采用了酵母遗传功能互补系统筛选得到了ＤｖＰｒｘＶ基因，运用ＲＡＣＥ技术得到了全长ｃＤＮＡ序列，并且证明了该基因能够提高模式生物酵母的抗氧化能力。所公开的全长基因及氨基酸序列为盐藻中的首次报道，丰富了抗氧化酶基因家族的成员；该基因能够有效增强酵母的氧化抗性能力，证明了其在使用基因工程手段提高生物体抗氧化方面的应用价值。
