三段式记忆枕芯制造技术

一种三段式记忆枕芯，它包括由记忆绵材料制成的枕芯本体，所述的枕芯本体包括位于左右两侧的骨架以及位于所述的两个骨架之间的支撑凹部，所述的两个骨架以及支撑凹部的上表面相连构成符合头颈部工学的弧面。所述的支撑凹部沿前后方向具有颈部支撑部和头部支撑部，所述的颈部支撑部高于头部支撑部，这种曲弧结构能够使人体的头部位于头部支撑部上，在该枕芯应用于枕头中时，颈椎支撑凹槽用于容纳人体的肩部与颈部的连接过渡部位，头部支撑部与颈部支撑部及其过渡部形成的三段式“Ｓ”曲面贴服人体的脊椎曲线，对人体的头颈部、肩部及脊椎起到良好的支撑、保护作用。（*该技术在2018年保护过期，可自由使用*）
