The invention relates to a method for detection of HBV and DNA, single base mutation quantum dot resonance energy transfer which is based on CdSe / ZnS core / shell quantum dots MPA package preparation; design and synthesis of HBV DNA detection probe; QDs DNA probe conjugates prepared HBV and DNA complementary target; the single base mutation of high-throughput detection. The method is simple, can be compatible with a variety of instruments, do not need to separate not connected hybrid system DNA; because the Cy5 under the 485nm excitation light produces no direct fluorescent signal, so the low background noise, the signal is strong; the method also has specific, rapid, high resolution rate, high sensitivity and high throughput. It can be used in clinical medicine, DNA and HBV target detection of single base mutations.
