标准测煤温控仪制造技术

标准测煤温控仪，主要涉及煤质物理性能测试过程中的升温，控温时间自动测量与控制仪器类。为使温控仪能预设开机时间和测试项目及试样在恒温时段短时断电不使试样报废而设计。解决上述问题的技术方案是装在箱体（１）面板上的液晶显示器（２）、操作键盘（６）对接箱体内的单片机（７），单片机（７）与实时时钟芯片（８）和ＡＤ转换器（９）对接及辅助电路组成ＣＰＵ控制电路板（１０）。开关电源线路板（１１）接通电源，输出５Ｖ电，供ＣＰＵ控制电路上各器件和固态继电器（１２）的驱动电路用电，其中一路通过单片机上的Ｐ３．４控制对液晶显示器电路的通断。固态继电器（１２）装在电阻炉的供电线路上。本实用新型专利技术主要适用于实验室对煤质物理性能的测试，也可用于其它物料的焙烧或热处理试验。（*该技术在2016年保护过期，可自由使用*）

The standard coal temperature controller mainly deals with the heating, temperature controlling time, automatic measuring and controlling instrument in the course of physical property test of coal. In order to make the temperature controller to preset the starting time and test items and samples in the constant temperature period of short-term power failure, not to scrap the sample and design. The technical proposal for solving the problem is arranged in the box body (1) on the liquid crystal display panel (2), keyboard (6) docking box (7), single chip microcontroller (7) chip and real-time clock (8) and AD converter (9) docking and auxiliary circuit CPU control circuit board (10). The switching power supply circuit board (11) is connected to the power output, 5V power, CPU control circuit for each device and solid state relay (12) with electric drive circuit, one way through the P3.4 microcontroller on the control of the liquid crystal display circuit. The solid state relay (12) is mounted on the power line of the resistance furnace. The utility model is mainly suitable for the laboratory to test the physical property of the coal, and can also be used for baking or heat treatment experiments of other materials.
