A pressure reducing valve that prevents fluid leakage from a passage hole when a valve body closes a passage hole is disclosed. The relief valve is configured to move upward when the plunger is offset by the biasing force of the detent spring, when the magnetic field produced around the solenoid body and the inside is lifted. Thus, the pressure portion of the plunger pushes the valve body from the lower direction by means of the extrusion force based on the biasing force of the detent spring. Because the valve body is pushed upward, the upper end of the valve body is in close contact with the inner circumferential part of the channel hole so that the access hole is closed. Thus, hydrogen leakage (pressure leakage) from the main pressure chamber to the secondary pressure chamber can be reliably prevented, and thus inadvertent increase of pressure at the side of the secondary pressure chamber can be reliably prevented.
