压片机是片剂生产工序中的主要设备,旋转式压片机是由均布于转台的多对往复冲模按一定轨迹作圆周升降运动,利用冲压力将粉状物料压制成片剂的机器。压片时的压力调节将影响片剂的实际厚度,在实际生产过程中因物料因素引起粘冲或者上冲卷边等原因造成出片厚度不均匀时,厚度不一的片剂混合在一起经出片装置滑落至收集箱,再由人工将不符合要求的片剂筛选出来,工人劳动量大。目前有采用厚片拦板筛分出厚度不一的片剂,但是也存在片剂容易卡在拦板和出料槽中间的问题。另外,由于压片时转台周围会有散落的粉料随片剂一同落入收集箱中,影响片剂成品质量。
