The embodiment of the application provides an antenna and a terminal device. The antenna of the present application includes: a metal frame and at least one resonant structure; the metal frame includes a first radiation unit and a second radiation unit; the first radiation unit includes a radiation arm connected with a feed point; the second radiation unit includes a suspension radiation arm, each resonant structure including a suspension radiation arm and a resonance device; the suspension radiation arm is connected with a ground point through a resonator. The application can improve the antenna efficiency of low frequency bandwidth.
