一种数据写入的方法及固态硬盘阵列技术

本发明专利技术提供一种数据写入的方法和固态硬盘阵列(700)。该固态硬盘阵列基于RAID系统，包括n个固态硬盘(110n)，向该固态硬盘阵列(700)写入待写入数据时，将该待写入数据分为n个数据块，与n个固态硬盘(110n)一一对应。n个数据块全部存储至对应的固态硬盘(110n)后，再进行n个数据块的FTL刷新，完成待写入数据的写入。当固态硬盘阵列(700)在存储n个数据块时断电，由于尚未进行数据块的FTL刷新，n个数据块都未成功写入固态硬盘阵列(700)，保证了n个数据块的写操作的原子性。

The invention provides a data writing method and a solid-state hard disk array (700). The SSD array is based on RAID system, including n SSDs (110N). When writing data to be written to the SSDs array (700), the data to be written is divided into N data blocks, corresponding to n SSDs (110N). After all N data blocks are stored in the corresponding solid-state hard disk (110N), FTL of N data blocks is refreshed to complete the writing of data to be written. When the SSD array (700) stores n data blocks, the power is cut off, and N data blocks are not written to the SSD array (700) successfully because the FTL of data blocks has not been refreshed, which ensures the atomicity of the write operation of N data blocks.
