在研究钎焊样品连接强度时,需要将钎焊后的样品进行剪切力实验,来获得钎焊样品剪切应力。样品包括钎焊基体1和焊接在钎焊基体1的被焊件2,在实验时,现有夹具工作示意图如图1-a、图1-b所示,(1-a)为理想状态下的样品状态,(1-b)为实际状态下的样品状态。由于钎焊基体1的厚度不能保持绝对一致,所以夹具对不同钎焊基体1的夹持力都不相同,在推剪时基体很容易在压力的作用下倾斜,从而产生额外的弯矩,使测量到的剪切力高于实际的剪切力,造成实验误差,而且该误差会随着钎焊基体的变化而变化。此外,由于样品的制作和钎焊过程的影响,被焊件2不能做到如图2-a所示的严格正置,往往会有一定的歪斜如图2-b所示,这便导致了在剪切实验时,如图1-b所示的受力面与支撑面不平行,使得受力面或者支撑面受到线载荷的作用,而非理想状态下的均匀面载荷。根据图2-a、图2-b的放置方式,用有限元软件模拟其在推剪时候的应力分布,从仿真结果可以看到,正置时,样品在钎焊界面处受力均匀,而歪斜放置时,样品受到点载荷作用时,受力不均匀。因此,急需一种测试剪切力的样品夹具,避免实验误差。
