换热器作为木薯蒸煮工艺段的主要节能设备,起着不可或缺的作用。目前木薯蒸煮工艺段上最常用的是螺旋板式换热器,众所周知螺旋板换热器由两张钢板卷制而成,形成两个带定距柱的通道,由于木薯蒸煮工艺段的节能过程是低温醪液与高温醪液的传热节能,因木薯醪液的介质(纤维)特性易产生堵塞现象,特别是木薯醪液流经带有定距柱板腔时,受定距柱的影响,极易产生堵塞现象;又因为螺旋体结构的限制使堵塞的通道不便于清洗,导致目前工艺线上的螺旋板换热器成为一次性使用设备,极大地拉高了建设成本。现有宽流道板式换热器,两个流道一侧为带定距柱的Z型流道,一侧是不带定距柱的直线型流道,带定距柱的Z型流道通入清洁介质,不带定距柱的直线型流道通入易堵塞介质。如果想两侧都通入木薯醪液等易堵塞介质,需要研制一种两侧均为净流道的换热器即可,但现实中两侧均为净通道的换热器无疑是无法满足工艺上的压力要求的。那么如果通过结构的改变,能满足两侧均可通入木薯醪液等易堵塞介质,无疑就解决了上述问题。
