本申请实施例提供一种无线通信方法和设备，能够实现NR系统中的随机接入资源或随机接入前导码的配置。该方法包括：网络设备在至少一个频点中的每个频点上向终端设备分别发送至少一个同步信号块；网络设备向终端设备发送第一系统信息，其中，第一系统信息用于指示每个频点上发送的至少一个同步信号块所对应的物理随机接入信道PRACH资源或随机接入前导码集合，以用于终端设备进行随机接入。

The embodiment of this application provides a wireless communication method and device capable of realizing the configuration of random access resources or random access preambles in NR systems. The method includes: the network device sends at least one synchronous signal block to the terminal device at each frequency point in at least one frequency point; the network device sends the first system information to the terminal device, in which the first system information is used to indicate the physical random access channel PRACH resource or random access preamble set corresponding to at least one synchronous signal block sent at each frequency point. In combination, it can be used for random access of terminal devices.
