随着我国人口老龄化速度的加快,颈椎病发病率急剧增加,对于病情严重的患者,手术解除脊髓神经压迫是缓解症状的必要措施。我国每年因颈椎病而需手术治疗的人群数以百万计。颈前路手术(颈前路椎间盘切除植骨融合术、颈前路椎体次全切除术、人工颈椎间盘置换术等)可通过椎间隙减压,尽可能地保留病变以外椎体的完整性,减少对肌肉的剥离,与后路手术相比病人满意度更高。颈前入路自上世纪五十年代起逐步应用于临床,被奉为经典,但由于术中需对气管进行持续性、长时间牵拉,约半数患者术后存在喉痛、吞咽困难等情况。为尽可能减少患者术后此方面的不适,临床医生通常建议患者术前进行数次“气管推移训练”。有效的气管推移训练可显著降低吞咽困难等不适的程度、持续时间。但实施气管推移训练需花费较多时间和精力,单调、枯燥的训练或降低患者的依从性;此外,传统的气管推移训练无法控制推移的力度、时间和频率,可能使训练达不到理想的效果。颈托是颈椎病辅助治疗器具,能起到制动和保护颈椎,减少神经的磨损,减轻椎间关节创伤性反应,并有利于组织水肿的消退和巩固疗效、防止复发的作用。颈托可应用于各型颈椎病,对急性发作期患者,尤其对颈椎间盘突出症、交感神经型及椎动脉型颈椎病的患者更为适合。颈椎牵引器用于预防及治疗多种类型颈椎病及因颈椎病引起的压迫症状,能够增加大脑血、氧供应,有助恢复体力和精力,并可预防多种老年疾病。
