By sending the upstream data through the terminal, the trigger terminal receives the upstream data discontinuously within a period of time after sending the upstream data, which avoids that in the existing technology, the terminal must receive the upstream data discontinuously at a relatively fixed time in the DRX cycle, and improves the flexibility of the terminal to communicate with the network equipment by using the DRX working mechanism.
