In normal condition, the first polar plate is electrically connected with the first terminal (30), and the second polar plate is electrically connected with the second terminal (20) through the flip sheet (70); when the pressure in the secondary battery exceeds the reference pressure, the flip sheet (70) can flip to disconnect the flip sheet (70) from the second polar sheet, and the flip sheet (70) after flipping is electrically connected with the top cover sheet (10) to make the first terminal (30) and the second terminal (20) electrically connected.
