一种手指静脉图像采集装置以及智能锁，其中，手指静脉图像采集装置包括：光源模块(101)、图像采集模块(102)以及手指位置到位监测模块(105)，手指位置到位监测模块(105)设置在光源模块上，用于监测位于手指容纳空间(103)的手指(104)的位置，并在监测到手指(104)的位置到达预设位置时，触发光源模块(101)发出照射到手指容纳空间(103)的红外光，并唤醒图像采集模块(102)在所述光源模块(101)的照射下，采集手指(104)的静脉图像。所述装置通过手指位置到位监测模块(105)监测手指(104)的位置，只有当手指(104)的位置到达预设位置时，才触发光源模块(101)以及图像采集模块(102)工作，使得在每次进行手指静脉图像采集时，手指(104)的位置和角度都能够相对固定，进而使得图像采集模块(102)可以采集到稳定可靠的静脉图像，以提高静脉图像的识别率。
