A finger vein image acquisition device and an intelligent lock are provided. The finger vein image acquisition device includes a light source module (101), an image acquisition module (102) and a finger position monitoring module (105). The finger position monitoring module (105) is arranged on the light source module to monitor the position of the finger (104) located in the finger holding space (103) and to monitor the finger (104). When the position reaches the preset position, the trigger light source module (101) emits infrared light illuminating the finger holding space (103), and wakes up the image acquisition module (102) to collect the vein image of the finger (104) under the illumination of the light source module (101). The device monitors the position of the finger (104) through the finger position monitoring module (105). Only when the finger (104) position reaches the preset position, the light source module (101) and the image acquisition module (102) are triggered to work, so that the position and angle of the finger (104) can be relatively fixed each time the finger vein image acquisition is carried out, thereby enabling the image acquisition module (102) to be picked up. In order to improve the recognition rate of vein images, stable and reliable vein images are collected.
