可控高压滚轮输送泵制造技术

滚轮输送泵是一个大排量原油管道可控高压滚轮输送泵。又是一个可控高压水泵,可作为高山农田喷灌和500米高楼供水泵。又是高低压消防车同用供水泵,安装限压阀(去掉球阀和调压阀),其压力由转速来控制。最高压力为8mpa。还可做成多对缸水泵,一泵可供10门水炮同时工作,最有价值做成V型12或16对缸,主轴转速1450转,汇集排水,缩小喷射口为300mm,是个大型超级喷水推进器,取代了螺旋桨,每侧装置多台,用于货轮、军舰、航母上。大大提高了航行速度。转弯时,由方向盘操纵两前导向旋转式V16高压喷水泵,使舰体迅速转弯移动,倒车时,全部高压喷水泵停止工作,两前旋转高压喷水泵旋转180°即刻开始工作,尾部两侧固定高压喷水泵依然停止工作;此时产生急刹车或倒车行驶,完全避免来了撞船事故。凸显了高速航行的机动灵活性。
