The guide rail interval is vertically arranged on the bottom of the chassis top plate, and the chuck seat is arranged between the two guide rails and lifts along the guide rail, and the three-jaw chuck passes through the shaft. The motor is located on the side of the chuck seat and the rotating shaft is connected with the three-jaw chuck through a belt. The motor drives the three-jaw chuck to rotate. The cylinder is located on the outside of the guide rail and the top of the cylinder stem is connected with the chuck seat. The nozzle seat is located on the bottom of the top plate of the chassis and above the three-jaw chuck. The jet nozzle is located on the nozzle seat and the nozzle extends into the inner cavity of the three-jaw chuck. The pipe is connected with the output end of the circulating pump, and the input end of the circulating pump is connected with the grinding liquid container. The device realizes the inner hole polishing of the workpiece. Its structure is compact, the polishing liquid can be recycled, the cost is reduced, and the polishing accuracy and efficiency are effectively improved.
