The invention discloses a bismuth sodium titanate-based high temperature dielectric ceramics and its preparation method. Its technical scheme is: firstly, Na2CO3, Bi2O3, titanium dioxide, Al2O3, K2CO3 and Nb2O5 are weighed, mixed, ball milled, dried and pre-fired according to stoichiometric ratio; secondly, mixed powders of different components are extruded into sheets by an isostatic press and sintered at different temperatures. The preparation method has the advantages of low cost, simple method and good repeatability; through the rational design of composition, bismuth aluminate and potassium sodium niobate are introduced and solid-state synthesis method is used to obtain bismuth sodium titanate-based ceramics with stable dielectric constant and low dielectric loss in a wide temperature range; while improving the temperature stability of dielectric constant, defective dipoles are formed by doping to bind oxygen. Vacancies can reduce the mobility and conductivity of oxygen vacancies and the dielectric loss at high temperature.
