一种测量信号传输方法及其装置、网络设备，其中方法包括如下步骤：确定用于部署测量信号的物理资源块，所述物理资源块为用户设备的信道带宽对应的频域上的全部物理资源块的子集；确定所述物理资源块对应的物理资源；使用所述物理资源向所述用户设备传输测量信号，所述测量信号用于所述用户设备测量信道信息。可选的，上述方法还包括向所述用户设备发送资源指示消息，所述资源指示消息指示部署所述测量信号所占用的所述物理资源块和/或传输所述测量信号所占用的所述物理资源。本发明专利技术实施例能够减少测量信号的部署与子系统部署之间的影响，同时保证测量信号的测量性能。
