On the basis of common PVC stone-proof coating technology, the environmental plasticizer diisononyl phthalate, 2,2,4 -trimethyl -1,3 -pentanediol and phenyl alkyl sulfonate are compounded to enhance the low-temperature plasticizing efficiency of the main plasticizer, reduce the viscosity of the system and facilitate large-scale construction spraying. At the same time, two kinds of vinyl acetate resins with different properties, PA1384 and PCMA 12, were introduced to adjust the fluidity of PVC coating under wet film condition, and to improve the mechanical bending and cracking resistance of the whole coating after low temperature plasticization. The environment-friendly and high-efficiency heat stabilizer of zinc oxide and barium stearate system was used, and low-temperature modified polyamide adhesion promoter was used to make the coating not only have adhesion under low-temperature baking conditions, but also keep stable adhesion and good yellowing resistance on the electrophoretic paint board when baked at 180C and 1H high-temperature.
