The backwater outlet is connected, the overflow outlet and the drainage outlet of the water tank are connected with the backwater pool, and the pipeline between the drainage outlet of the water tank and the backwater pool is provided with a drainage valve. The present invention adds a water tank to collect condensate water in the existing heat pump unit, pumps convey condensate water to the water-cooled heat exchanger, uses low-temperature condensate water to reduce the temperature of the circulating air of the heat pump, so that the hot and humid air is pre-cooled before entering the evaporator of the heat pump unit, and then flows through the evaporator to further cool down, so that the effect of water condensation is better and the efficiency of dehumidification is improved.
