The invention relates to a distribution cabinet for rain and snow removal. The distribution cabinet comprises a cabinet body on the ground and a set of distribution devices inside it. The cabinet body is provided with open and close doors, an outer cabinet and an inner cabinet. The cabinet body is provided with anti-derailment rails on the ground, a metal cabinet, a guide groove matching with the anti-derailment rails on the bottom, an inner cabinet made of polyurethane, and a bottom installation. There are installation holes for passing through the distribution device and operation holes for manual operation in the front part; there are two groups of support pillars in the anti-derailment rail on the ground, and a rotating mechanism is arranged between the two groups of support pillars. All distribution devices are evenly arranged along the rotating circumference direction of the rotating mechanism; the top surface of the external cabinet is a slope structure, and the upper end of the middle part of the top surface is provided with an air cylinder connected with the inside of the external cabinet.
