When the rubber wheel feeds the first paper into the cutter wheel and is crushed in half, the second paper conveyed by the rubber wheel is fed into the cutter wheel and overlaps with the second half of the crushed first paper into the cutter wheel, and so on. The paper entering the cutter wheel is broken in superposition. This paper feeding transmission mechanism can not only improve the efficiency of paper crushing by cutter wheel, but also can accommodate more paper crumbs under the same capacity because of the compactness of superimposed paper crumbs, which makes the garbage bin not easy to be full of paper crumbs.
