During preparation, the defatted pine bark is packed in a permeable bag, placed in a pond, pressed by heavy objects, irrigated into the pond, immersed in the permeable bag for 2 days, during which the water level decreases and fills in time so that the defatted pine bark can be fully immersed; the humidity of river sand is 40%-60%; the loess is made of uncultivated crops; the length of the ridge is the same as that of the greenhouse when the loess is raised, the length of the ridge is the same as that of the greenhouse. The width x height of the border is 1.2 m x 6 cm; a layer of river sand is laid on the Loess with a height of 6 cm; a layer of degummed pine bark soaked in water is laid on the river sand with a height of 4 cm; the total height of the border is 16 cm; and the matrix should be laid immediately. The preparation method of the artificial planting matrix of the invention is simple and easy to operate. It not only satisfies the needs of ventilation and humidity of the root system of Orchidaceae, but also can be reused in the seedbed.
