Application of CD317 Inhibitor in the Preparation of Drugs for the Treatment of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

The invention relates to the field of genetic engineering drugs, in particular to the application of CD317 inhibitors in the preparation of drugs for treating liver cancer. The invention provides the inhibitory effect of CD317 inhibitor on the proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma cells and on the cell cycle transformation of hepatocellular carcinoma, thereby proving the therapeutic effect of CD317 inhibitor on hepatocellular carcinoma. The results showed that CD317 siRNA could effectively silence the expression of CD317 in hepatocellular carcinoma cells, significantly inhibit the cell cycle transition of hepatocellular carcinoma cells and thus inhibit the proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma cells.
